  • Absolutely. All packages are also available as a one-time payment. Simply book an initial consultation with us to discuss all the details.

  • The main difference lies in long-term versus short-term costs. With a subscription, you pay more over a longer period, but the monthly payments are smaller, manageable, and affordable. The one-time option requires a higher upfront payment but saves you money in the long run as it covers both design and development costs upfront.

Ultimately, the choice between the two options depends on your cash flow and financial goals. If you prefer lower initial costs and value ongoing services, the monthly option is ideal. However, if you don't need ongoing services and want to save money in the long term, paying in full upfront is the better choice.

  • Our subscriptions are ongoing, meaning you continue to pay monthly even after the first 12 months. We've designed our pricing model this way because it typically takes us about two to three years to earn the same amount we would receive for a one-time project.

Ideally, we aim for partnerships that last at least 5 years to make this payment model sustainable for our business. By then, your website will likely have generated significant value that more than offsets the monthly fee.

  • Yes. You always keep your domain, regardless of which package you've booked. Even if we purchased the domain for you, we'll transfer it to you when you cancel your subscription.

  • Yes and no. SEO consists of two main components – on-page and off-page optimization. On-page SEO focuses on elements within your website, such as content quality, loading speed, accessibility standards, and information architecture. Off-page SEO refers to external factors like backlink building, content partnerships, industry listings, and other external signals.

The Business and Pro website packages include basic on-page SEO elements: optimized load times, accessibility compliance, correct meta information, Google Search Console integration, XML sitemap configuration, and basic content development. However, this represents only part of a comprehensive SEO strategy.

  • No, we don't. Setting up an e-commerce shop requires significantly more effort than a standard business website. If you're interested in an e-commerce website, it's best to contact us directly to discuss your specific requirements.

  • Typically, we need 2 to 4 weeks to complete a website from start to finish. The timeframe depends on how quickly clients respond to our requests for content and images, and on the availability of our designers and developers. In some cases, it can take just 2 weeks, while in others it may take up to 3 or 4 weeks.

  • No, but you can purchase your website within 3 months of your cancellation for the original total price.

  • No, we don't use page builders. Everything we create is based on custom, hand-written code. This is what sets us apart: We invest the time and effort to do things differently, and this shows in the quality of our work as well as in the lasting impact on our clients' online presence after launch.

  • Custom code offers improved security, faster load times, better maintainability, and lower costs. It's easier to customize and avoids unnecessary bloat, as we don't rely on plugins for every function. Unlike WordPress, which requires constant updates to avoid security risks—such as your site getting hacked and redirected to a malicious gambling site—our sites are more secure and don't need continuous updates. Additionally, we're more responsive to your needs.

To say more about security: Our custom-coded websites don't use databases or other vulnerable components, so there's nothing for hackers to attack. Our approach makes websites inherently more secure since they don't need constant updates to stay protected against potential threats. Unlike websites that are continuously exposed to risks from hackers attempting to break in, our sites simply have no entry point for attackers, no matter how hard they try.

  • The subscription plan is for a minimum of 12 months and then renews monthly thereafter. You can cancel at any time after the initial 12-month term.

  • If you cancel before completing the 12 months, you are responsible for the total cost of the website, minus the payments already made. We place great value on long-term relationships with our clients and seek partners who share the same philosophy.

  • For subscriptions, we send email invoices via Stripe that contain a secure link for adding payment details. We accept all major credit and debit cards. One-time projects are paid via bank transfer to minimize processing fees.

  • No, we don't offer refunds. However, we guarantee that you'll be completely satisfied with your website. If not, we'll pause your subscription until you are.
